AWS describes HyperPod InstantStart as an open-source control plane combining Amazon EKS orchestration with SageMaker HyperPod capabilities.
Web and agent interfaces use guarded operations for cluster setup, capacity, training, inference and storage. The focus is infrastructure operations rather than a new foundation model.
